As I was buying my first house, I didn't really know what to do... after viewing a few properties with many agents in Cardiff, Harry Harper really stood out. Jordan was very helpful and explained what I needed to do to buy with a friendly disposition. I was put in touch with their mortgage advisor who broke down the process for me, and really helped me understand what I was signing up to and found me a mortgage that I could afford. After offering on my house, Nathan helped my offer along and had it accepted very quickly. I was offered the services of a solicitor that I accepted; they were really helpful! Nathan was always on the phone to me informing me on what was going on, I couldn't believe I had bought my first home house and was so excited! Finding an agent who actually gave me help and advice was exactly what I needed! Great service, amazing personal contact from both Nathan and Jordan, thanks for all your help! 01-03-17

Be honest this people were good for few months after that they ignore people and they don't help them ,they charge people . They lie . They rude , they don't let you talk , ones you want to talk they saying they don't want to talk , they asking me for £90 for charge which I don't own them I told them I may have to pay £30 late charge but that all not another £60 for something which I don't own

I have ask them for my tenancy agreement copy and they don't give me now I have already report this people to Coucil and police

They should of get letter soon

I have so many problem at home but they don't want to fix it and they want to charge me £90 ?? 22-09-16

The service from this agent was so poor I felt I had to let others know. Team were unprofessional and rude.

Failed to respond to multiple phone calls. One member of the team lied on the phone and was dishonest in documentation. I have previously dealt with far better and more professional agents, and would never deal with Harry Harper again. 19-05-16

Fantastic company and a great personal team, have been a tenant of Harry Harper's for 2 years and have never had any issues - great service, always quick to repair maintenance and very upfront about everything, cant fault them. Would recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent in Cardiff.
