Be honest this people were good for few months after that they ignore people and they don't help them ,they charge people . They lie . They rude , they don't let you talk , ones you want to talk they saying they don't want to talk , they asking me for £90 for charge which I don't own them I told them I may have to pay £30 late charge but that all not another £60 for something which I don't own
I have ask them for my tenancy agreement copy and they don't give me now I have already report this people to Coucil and police
They should of get letter soon
I have so many problem at home but they don't want to fix it and they want to charge me £90 ??
