As I was buying my first house, I didn't really know what to do... after viewing a few properties with many agents in Cardiff, Harry Harper really stood out. Jordan was very helpful and explained what I needed to do to buy with a friendly disposition. I was put in touch with their mortgage advisor who broke down the process for me, and really helped me understand what I was signing up to and found me a mortgage that I could afford. After offering on my house, Nathan helped my offer along and had it accepted very quickly. I was offered the services of a solicitor that I accepted; they were really helpful! Nathan was always on the phone to me informing me on what was going on, I couldn't believe I had bought my first home house and was so excited! Finding an agent who actually gave me help and advice was exactly what I needed! Great service, amazing personal contact from both Nathan and Jordan, thanks for all your help!
