The service from this agent was so poor I felt I had to let others know. Team were unprofessional and rude.
Failed to respond to multiple phone calls. One member of the team lied on the phone and was dishonest in documentation. I have previously dealt with far better and more professional agents, and would never deal with Harry Harper again.
