Absolutely shocking service
Came to my property and gave my partner and mother attitude
Constant swearing infront of young children
Broke parts on boiler
Bent pipe left on boiler
Said he was leaving as he was finished partner went to put towels back in airing cupboard where boiler is and front cover fell on her mother had to chase him down and he screamed and swearing at her for shouting at him yet he kept asking what she was saying and then blamed partner for breaking cover
Put longer screws with washers on after breaking front cover to hold it together
Refused to introduce himself and barged past my mother and partner
Left a Pipe leaking water under boiler
Had another engineer out which was very concerned of the work left
Landlord has been informed and will take further with gas safe register etc and photos will be sent
All caught on CCTV
