I was offered £3060 in part exchange for a two tone ladies datejust with diamond dial and all relative paperwork. We arrived 10 days later to collect the watch we had ordered and were told they would only give us £1500. We should have walked out, but what do you do when someone is so excited about their new watch. Did not part exchange it with them, have already been offered more than the £1500 they offered. Buyer beware!

Very poor customer service. I took a Gucci watch in for a replacement battery, I was told that they could only do this if they also did a service for which they charged an extortionate £95. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks max. I went in after 4 weeks to collect to be told by a very snooty shop assistant that it wasn't ready. They promised to phone me the following Monday and provide me with an update, no phone-call. I rang a couple of days later and was told I would be phoned straight back - when I rang back after waiting an hour I was told the person dealing with it was out on lunch. I was eventually contacted to be told my watch was ready for collection. 5 weeks for a simple battery change!!! Really unhelpful staff, very expensive and very poor service. Will not be using them again and would not recommend.

Would not recommend anyone take their Swiss Watch for Repair.
It took me up to 5 months before I had mine back. Whenever I phoned, had excuses. They tried to phob me off with stories and a cheap wrist strap instead of the correct brand Swiss Watch make. What a shambles.
