Very poor customer service. I took a Gucci watch in for a replacement battery, I was told that they could only do this if they also did a service for which they charged an extortionate £95. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks max. I went in after 4 weeks to collect to be told by a very snooty shop assistant that it wasn't ready. They promised to phone me the following Monday and provide me with an update, no phone-call. I rang a couple of days later and was told I would be phoned straight back - when I rang back after waiting an hour I was told the person dealing with it was out on lunch. I was eventually contacted to be told my watch was ready for collection. 5 weeks for a simple battery change!!! Really unhelpful staff, very expensive and very poor service. Will not be using them again and would not recommend.
