Being a nervous shopper and prone to say yes to anything I was a bit weary of shopping anywhere...
This shop is soooo welcoming and the beautiful Caroline who made finding the perfect dress for me so easy!! No pressure just pure pleasure from start to finish.. I didn't even pick my dress out Caroline picked it as she dressed me apon arrival in her head :D!!
Being a bigger woman or atleast an awkward shape to work with I though I'd not be able to find anything flattering.. But oh my the choice was overwhelming dress after dress it's fair to say the outside of the shop hides the hidden goodies inside!!
It's a must go if you want a lot of choice and fantastic service...
I cried and believe me I never cry that's how well she had done well done Caroline on making me feel like the princess I've always wanted to be!!

We arrived to a wonderful warm welcome from the gentleman on reception before being taken upstairs to meet Caroline, the lovely assistant who was going to look after us. The selection of dresses was astonishing and I defy anyone not to find their dream dress here! The service we received was faultless and nothing was too much trouble for Caroline. I am very glad that my daughter bought her dress here and have complete trust in them. They are so friendly and it really feels like a family business, they even hugged us as we left! The best bridal shop in Cardiff without a doubt.

Well was pleasantly surprised when I visited this store - I booked online via email and was easy peasy , attended with my mother and the greeting was perfect!! We had an assistant to ourselves and her customer service was brilliant , very helpful and understanding. The other members of staff were also very pleasant greeting me and my mum and thanking us when we left , couldn't ask for more. The dresses are of high quality and they have a range of designers , the store looks small from the outside but there is ample space once you get upstairs. I liked two dresses and decided to sleep on it. I was however dissapointed when I called the store the following morning to enquire about the dresses the assistant wouldn't give me the designers names and also advised that if I didnt pay/go ahead and order the dress that day that I wouldn't be able to get the dress I wanted - it was like after they had given you their time you either paid up or buggered off!! This was disappointing as I didn't have any complaints on the day , but the follow up let the store down , a wedding dress is a big purchase and I think more stores need to back off a bit and try and appreciate things from the brides perspective. My search for my dress continues .....

Attended an appointment as mother of the bride with future mother in law of the bride, 2 bridesmaids and grandmother of the bride, the bride was there too haha. We were totally welcomed and chairs arranged for all to view this special occasion. The lady dressing my daughter was very friendly, patient and couldn't have done more to help. We knew we had the dress but wanted to go elsewhere as we'd booked appointments. We rang at 4.30 to ask if we could return to try the dress again and they were very accommodating and the dress was ready and as expected, we bought the dress. Thanks to the staff who were really lovely and best wishes to the pregnant lady who dressed my daughter in the morning.

My experience with Cardiff Bridal Centre since day one has been amazing. I went to a few other bridal shops before here and this had to be the best one on customer service making me feel welcome and helping me find my dream dress.
I originally went to the shop last year in June and the shop Assistant was very professional and friendly. Once i had found my dream dress and also my bridesmaids and flower girl dress she explained to me how much the total costs would be and how much the deposit would be. I explained even though i had found my dress i wanted to think about it as i wanted to make sure the costs were okay and the dresses were okay for everyone else. I wasn't pushed into putting the deposit down and was told to either call back on the shop to make a payment or do it over the phone.
I then went back 2 weeks later with a different bridesmaid to show her the dress and then paid the deposit through the whole experience everyone was so nice.
A month later i then decided the dress i had chosen wasn't for me and contacted the shop to see if i was able to come back again as i now wanted to change my dress. I was told this was no problems at all And was welcome go back whenever. I went back to the shop seem the same assistant and told her what i wanted and she got one dress for me and explained it had only just come in and that was the dress i then feel in love with. I decided go with the new dress i have been back to the shop 3 times since to get the other girls measured and every time i have been back everyone is still very welcoming.
I would defiantly recommend Cardiff Bridal Centre to friends and family members after the experience i have had.

Visited this store two months ago. Well I have never come across people so rude and the lady for the changing area opened the curtains to everybody's view while doing me up. Very unprofessional.
I felt exposed and didn't enjoy my experience here

I searched in lots of bridal shops to find my perfect dress and cardiff bridal centre stood out for all the wrong reasons. The shop itself is shabby and the staff are exceptionally rude. I visited with my mother and sister and could not believe the attitude they had. They barked at me for entering the shop before opening time even though it was open, they were not happy about letting me try on a dress that was in the window and even insinuated that my size 8 figure was a little too big. The comment which sums up the attitude of the whole shop is "you have been to so many shops that you will not get excited about any dress now,, you have ruined it for yourself so you may as well by this one" ...however that same day I went to another bridal shop in cardiff and fell in love with my dream gown. If I owned a bridal shop I would send potential customers to cardiff bridal cente first because after going there any other bridal shop will seem magical. If you are a bride feeling a little overwhelmed choosing a dress then please avoid this shop.

Really enjoyed my experience at Cardiff Bridal.Staff were pleasant and incredibly helpful. My assistant picked out the dress that I am now getting married in, Something I never thought I would of picked. I also bought my 5 bridesmaids dresses here and the shop gave me a great offer which helped me significantly. Definitely the place to go for a fantastic personal experience when finding your wedding dress.

I visited this store with my friend & Mum when I first started to look for my wedding dress. The lady who helped me was really friendly & helpful & made me feel at ease as I was quite nervous to begin with!!. After about an hour or so I was buying my dream dress!!!! I never expected it to be that easy but the assistant really knew what she was doing & I felt like a princess & seeing my mum & best friend moved to tears made the experience even more special! I would definitely recommend this shop to all brides - they literally have hundreds of dresses & are so nice & welcoming. I couldn't wait to walk down the aisle in my perfect dress.

I agree with the other comments totally what a horrible experience . They give you the hard sell and promise that any changes you want to the dress will be done. When you pay your deposit the attitude changes. They are rude and patronising. They treat you like you don't know what you are talking about. I just wanted to get out of there. I am having alterations with another dressmaker.
RUDE STAFF HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . They all need a good lesson in customer service I am amazed they are still in business . BRIDES PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE xx

I purchased my wedding dress,bridesmaid dresses an flower girls dresses from this shop what a mistake that was the staff were rude an not helpful at all when it came to altering the dresses I paid £180 for the girls dresses to be altered an when we went for fitting my daughter could not even get her arm in the dress an it was so short under her knee when I wanted ankle length,the staff just didn't care they sorted it in the end with attitude,this should be a happy time for any bride but I was left stressed an upset if I was u I would stay well clear

This place doesn't even deserve a star! After purchasing my wedding dress elsewhere and experienced the way to be treated whilst trying on dresses, I went here with my mum sister two bridesmaids and flower girl to pick out dresses. I was interested in looking at the Alfred abgelo Disney dresses however trying the find an assistant was a nightmare, even though I had booked an appointment when I eventually found someone they said there just scattered everwere you will have to find them, so I walked over to a rail then she said you will never find them in that rail!!! Then stood there the whole time not saying a word with her arms crossed, it was like a bridal primark !! The flower girl dress were tatty and after telling me to remove my child from the dresses considering she was stood quietly by my side while I was looking was extremely rude. I booked an appointment and this is not what I expect. I left and phoned perfection brides and te experience was completely different had our own advisor, drinks, recommendations etc and eventually ordered everything we needed. STAT AWAY FROM CARDIFF BRIDAL CENTRE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THAT SPECIAL EXPERIANCE AND SERVICE!!!! Never near it
