I agree with the other comments totally what a horrible experience . They give you the hard sell and promise that any changes you want to the dress will be done. When you pay your deposit the attitude changes. They are rude and patronising. They treat you like you don't know what you are talking about. I just wanted to get out of there. I am having alterations with another dressmaker. RUDE STAFF HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . They all need a good lesson in customer service I am amazed they are still in business . BRIDES PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE xx
