From their store based in Canton they offer a no fix - no fee service. Once Tourotech has carried out a full diagnostic service for free, you will be quoted a fixed price for the repair. If they cannot complete the repair you will not be charged.

My 6 year old monitor stopped working .It was suggested by a couple of people to change the fuse ....the fuse was o.k. I saw Tourotech in Wyndham cresc, this morning, by chance, as I was passing through Canton and the chap who owns it encouraged me to bring the monitor to his shop and he could check it. .
So early this afternoon ,I popped my monitor onto the counter to be checked and` Hey presto!` less than a minute later the monitlor worked!
Davey suggested that I may need a new power cable .
I bought one from him for £5 and plugged it in my monitor when I arrived home with the new cable and it works..

Great quality and friendly service. This is my third visit with my ipad. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trusted repair centre in Cardiff and I've shopped around - you want get any better or cheaper.

Top quality very friendly service. My laptop was fixed the very same day by Davey and the prices very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trusted repair centre in Cardiff.
