A friendly, cool salon with good vibes.Farrah gave me an excellent haircut. She listened to what I wanted, advised me on what would suit my face and cut so accordingly. He knew what he was doing. Highly recommended.

It’s a really smart, attractive beauty salon. I found all the therapists to be professional, pleasant and helpful. I was pleased with the customer service that I received for my treatments. I was very happy with the body and head massage and you can also relax with a magazine while you have your feet pampered.

Went to FEEL for global hair colour, such a great place they made my horribly done highlights disappear. Farrah did my hair she is definitely the go to person for hair colour she has great finesse. Fab service at great price. Will visit again

I feel instantly at ease when I walk into the salon. Jo, the manager, has instilled this atmosphere. She has worked so hard throughout the pandemic to ensure her staff and clients are as safe as possible whilst maintaining a relaxed, friendly and warm environment.

My friends love my new cut and colour and for the first time in years I do too - worth every single penny! I have literally gone from fearing hairdressers to loving the whole experience, feeling pampered, understood and properly advised. I'll probably keep coming back until he retires now (yes, that's how happy I am)!

This place is seriously amazing. I either hate all my haircuts because the stylist has no idea what to do with curly hair or I fork over tons to be satisfied. Here I did neither. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the talent is freaking bomb.

I had my hair cut by Farrah today and i can honestly say this is the first time in my life i've ever been happy with a haircut! I have naturally curly hair and it is very hard to find someone who is able to cut it without my hair turning into a triangle of frizz or cutting it so short it turns into an afro. It was incredibly refreshing seeing how well Farrah knew to cut curly hair. She was very attentive to what i wanted as well as throwing in advice about what she knew worked well. The staff were very friendly and the salon is beautiful which made it a wonderful atmosphere to be in! I especially enjoyed. I will definitely be back! Thank you so mu

My mum visited this salon,she had hair rebounding,hair color and facial.
Believe me when she came back she was looking like a princess.
I highly recommend you to visit here because the staff is very coorperative and the rates are not expensive like other salons.
I think that this is the best salon in the world and you should visit here whenever you go to cardiff

I have been coming to Farrah for a while now and I would not go anywhere else! Visible Changes is a wonderful place with a relaxing atmosphere where you can get treatments from eyebrow threading to a head massage... I cannot recommend a better place :)

Is very nice salon its very professional when I first went there my eyebrows did not look nice no she fixed them and I look like a whole new person my hair was all rough and now it is silky smooth so everyone you should go there you will fell like a whole new person and highly recommend to everyone tell your friend and family to come to this salon.

Visible changes spa is amazing, neat, relaxed and friendly 24/7. The owner is always complimentary and friendly. It's always a pleasant experience, with their reasonable prices and the owner Farrah which always recommends me her latest offers available. I would highly recommend this salon with EVEYTHING that they do, especially eyebrows, and facial hair. They're better than amazing.

I always go to Visible Changes for my eyebrow threading. I love how it is a women only venue, and serves such a huge variety of different cultures. You will always feel welcome, and the woman that runs it Farrah, is an inspirational woman. Today I had my eyebrows threaded and dyed, and they've never looked better. I'm growing my brows back to be fuller, and the ladies therw always listen to my requirements to make sure they don't thread them too thin. Always a perfect edge to my brows that I could never achieve by myself. I'll be going again in a fortnight before my holiday, as I know their brow dye and threading will keep me looking good whilst I'm away. 5 stars from me!

Well what can i say? All i can say is i will not be going anywhere else now that i have found this wonderful place! The people that work here are amazing at what they do and the owner is the most wonderful woman i have ever met! She was able to cater for my skin type during my treatments and my eyebrows WOW! Everyone stopped me and asked where I'd had them done ????

i've been to visible changes beauty salon many times and can't understand how any person could say it was terrible ! They are caring / polite / and most of all very professional farrah the owner and her staff couldn't have treated me any better, i had a few treatments so i was there for a few hours and was so relaxed. i will certainly be back i found the whole experience and atmosphere so relaxing and i felt very pampered. Excellent value for money.end result was amazing. i have no negatives for visible changes beauty salon as it if friendly relaxing and amazing i couldn't ask for more

Every time I step foot intovisible changes, i feel like I'm walking into my second home. I'm always greeted with welcoming arms and a huge smile from the staff.
The whole salon leaves you with a heart warming feeling,.

Staff are the most professional I have ever come across, they are friendly and very helpful when asking about products and also with my inquisitive nature about every step of the treatments that I am receiving. Every treatment is completed to perfection and they always ask if I am happy before I dare leave.

for me it is the second time I am going there for a facial and I can just say that the service is amazing! They really know what they are doing, I’ve now had two wonderful back massages and two fab pedicures at Visible Changes and will be going back as often .Farrah and team have made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I enter the salon They listen to what I would like and make the whole experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Visible changes has a excellent service and has a great result it is well worth the money and i would recommend visible changes with its great service and finishing results.The staff were very friendly and helpful she is focused in the art of creating perfect hair condition; feel, cut and style taking into account the clients’ natural beauty and features.
I enjoyed foot reflexology by farrah twice, once when undergoing severe foot pain - which, against all my sceptical expectations, died away as a result. The second time I just felt my whole body and mind light and relaxed, like after a full-weekend yoga retreat. She does wonders, too bad I don't live in Cardiff full-time :/ fully recommend!

I absolutely love this salon , indeed the best customer services in Cardiff ,I love the way the cut the hairs as well the massage is so relaxing and temptation. The eyebrow threading is the best way to groom your self.Visible changes is an absolutely stunning salon. It oozes class from the moment you walk in the door, and in fact the type of effortless class that isn't as intimidating as many other trendy salons. I treated myself to an appointment with a staff, and it was, for the most part, worth it. The staff essentially are very friendly and very much takes the time to listen, ask questions, and confirm what you want before making suggestions. I have masses of crazy curly hair, and was nervous when I wanted to to my hairs thin as in the past, thinning it out has been a disaster because it breaks up the curl but still I went for that look. The staff assured me she was very good at it, and indeed she wasn't lying. By the time she was done, my hair was literally so much lighter and yet didn't look frizzy or like a 3 layer cake. Overall, I would recommend this salon. Love this salon as With a good reputation and staff that offer a wealth of experience, visible changes is the perfect place to go to get a hair cut, massage, make up and threading.

I honestly recommend Visible Changes as one of the best salons in South Wales it's amazing, Farrah is the kindest most helpful and she always keeps me up to date on how to take care of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are looking as good as ever I wouldn't know who else would do a better job, as my eyebrows aren't the best in the word but Farrah makes them absolutely perfect! Thank you Farrah.
