My husband and I visited the Cardiff showroom, we liked the products and ordered a front and back door. The reps that came out to measure up were great, the original fitters were personable and efficient and we were very happy with the service. However, the attitude of all the members of staff changed after we contacted them 2 issues we were unhappy about. The pattern for the window in the front door had been changed, but no one informed us of this, so we ended up with a door with a different pattern than the one we ordered, and no letterbox. I called the showroom straight away, the man was very offhand and told me someone from head office would call me. No one called me, so the next day I tried 3 different numbers which rang and rang, eventually a woman answered who could not wait to get me off the phone, and she also told me someone from head office would call me. They proceeded to only communicate via email, and the level of customer service was abysmal. The attitude of the fitter who came out to fit the letterbox was very rude, and the response to my complaint was very unprofessional, not once did any member of staff apologise for the errors or the inconvenience.
We picked this company because they are a family business and we wanted to support an independent firm, but I wish we had read other reviews before using this firm.

I have just had four windows fitted in my old cottage. The sales team were most helpful, and did not apply any pressure. The choice would be mine. The surveyor was efficient and made sensible suggestions. The fitting team was excellent. They were careful not to cause unnecessary damage, worked hard, and cleared up well at the end of the job. Everyone with whom I have met has been friendly and courteous. I am very impressed, and will have further work done by MPN. I have also recommended this company to others.

From the initial chat visiting the Cardiff showroom, the time scales outlined by MPN were great and the whole process very efficient. We are now very proud to have such a feature door on our home.
We have recommended MPN to friends and colleagues. Taking out our existing PVC door was a bit of a concern as there were also wooden windows in the porch but the installation was great.
We wanted a stylish door that was also energy efficient and draft proof unlike our previous windows and door and the new composite door and a rated windows are making a massive difference in terms of heating and noise reduction as we live by a busy main road.

A colleague recommended MPN windows after I bought my cottage and with the 3 quotes that I recieved they were the cheapest and the quality of their products stood out.The salesman wasn't pushy at all, very patient and did not rubbish rival companies as the others did. The installation was beautifully done. The installers were excellent and very very tidy as compared to the other builders I had in the house They looked after my brand new carpet really well worked really hard and finished the job to the highest standard. I am very pleased with their product and work and now my old and tatty cottage is looking very beautiful. I have already recommended them to few people and will definately use them again.

Recently had windows installed by mpn windows unit 2 leckwith road cardiff .The showroom is stunning and i was very impressed with the quality and price ,the fitters were very good and we shall use them later this year when we will have a conservatory
