My husband and I visited the Cardiff showroom, we liked the products and ordered a front and back door. The reps that came out to measure up were great, the original fitters were personable and efficient and we were very happy with the service. However, the attitude of all the members of staff changed after we contacted them 2 issues we were unhappy about. The pattern for the window in the front door had been changed, but no one informed us of this, so we ended up with a door with a different pattern than the one we ordered, and no letterbox. I called the showroom straight away, the man was very offhand and told me someone from head office would call me. No one called me, so the next day I tried 3 different numbers which rang and rang, eventually a woman answered who could not wait to get me off the phone, and she also told me someone from head office would call me. They proceeded to only communicate via email, and the level of customer service was abysmal. The attitude of the fitter who came out to fit the letterbox was very rude, and the response to my complaint was very unprofessional, not once did any member of staff apologise for the errors or the inconvenience. We picked this company because they are a family business and we wanted to support an independent firm, but I wish we had read other reviews before using this firm.
