If you dont mind having your car window smashed for the contents to be stolen NCP greyfriars Cardiff is the place for you. £18:50 is all it will cost for the privelige. Dont expect them to rush CCTV footage to the police either or even aknowledge a request for this. Shame on you NCP. 123 incidents in 2012 , looks like 2013 will be equally impressive.
