A bought a leather jacket from this shop two years ago and recently returned it as there was a small fault with discolouring. The owner Russell was so helpful in returning the item to the manufacturer. Just popped into the shop and was presented with a new replacement jacket. These days it is difficult to find such outstanding service. I suppose where you have an independent retailer they have to and can offer service which is outstanding to be well ahead of the competition from the high street retailers.
