I bought it pair of 'heavenly feet' shoes in May for my holiday, unfortunately last week one of the pretty studs came off one of the shoes.
I took them back today with the receipt and the assistant/manager asked me what I wanted ie a refund, exchange or credit note. I exchanged them for a different pair of shoes with no fuss, a smile and an apology.
I'm well impressed with the customer service.
