Arrived about 8.45 last night and joined the que. It was clearly evident that the young doorman from Ras security clearly didn't enjoy his job in the manner her behaved. We made the mistake of asking how long would it take before we were able to get in..this went to his head and made us wait 30 minutes to go in whilst other people walked straight in off the street. Many left the que and when we finally got in the bar was fairly quiet so obviously wasn't because of being to busy. Had I not made arrangements to meet a friend inside I would not have waited and certainly won't be going there again. Any one visiting cardiff may I suggest you try elsewhere rather than waste time standing in the que.
