useless inept not caring incompetent if they could have minus 10 stars I would give it, £1500 deposit & bond never seen again.no central heating for weeks at a time .pictures of property out of date never cleaned it cooker unfit for use mould in bathroom never answer calls never reply to e mails mould 6 feet high and wide in bedrooms ,shoddy property DO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THESE SO CALLED AGENTS.complaints listed within first week in property still outstanding 12 months later.
