Would give no stars if possible. Bought a card priced at £2.50 and was charged £3.26 plus 1p for the bag! When I questioned the price I was given a grunt and an indifferent "like I give a s**t" shrug from checkout assistant in response! The law is that retailers must charge the price on an item even if it is wrong. Surely the sales assistant should have called her supervisor? W H Smith seriously need to look at their customer service training. Take a look at Waitrose sales assistants to see how it's done!
