1. Had a leak in the roof since November 2013, that affects three bedrooms and the landing corridor - it took weeks until any action was taking, and that was involvement of parents - work was eventually done but never actually fixed, as it is still leaking - spent the past month by going into Wentworth daily, and ringing and emailing, with no result and Wentworth trying to blame us for their issues

2. Two showers were broken when we moved in in September, and were only (barely) fixed in December - and now the third shower is broken and the shower's pipes have caused a leak in the ceiling - have spent the past month trying to get it fixed but nothing has been done again - plus, the other two showers have temperature problems that have not been fixed

3. we were told we couldn't move in during the summer even though we were paying full rent because they were cleaning, yet when we moved in the place was absolutely filthy- they also promised to clear the garden and fix plug fixtures, neither of which have been done and it's now february

4. there is mould growth everywhere due to the problems that have not been resolved - it is causing paint and plaster to chip off the walls, as well as causing illness

5. we are in contact with the staff at Wentworths constantly, but they are rude and unhelpful and also lie about people coming to fix the problems when they clearly are not- they also try to blame us for the problems in the house that have nothing to do with us
