I am a landlord and all I can say about this company is stay away they are very unprofessional and have no idea what customer service is at all. They do not keep in contact if there are issues with late payments or if the tenants are not keeping the flat in good condition. All I can say is STAY AWAY!. They are in contact however 8 times a day when they want to let the property out again.
I was left with a £2000 bill with all the damages caused by the tenants. Darlows claimed to have carried out a visit once during the tenancy but sent me no information saying if it was in a bad state! Darlows also failed to uphold the tenancy agreement and did not enforce the fact that the last 4 months rent was supposed to be paid up front when I confronted them about this all they said was sorry! The tenants also did not paid the last months rent and Darlows changed the locks with out my permission.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
