If there is something less than a star they even don't deserve it.
Very unprofessional , don't know what a letting agency should be like.
Overinflated prices of maintance, the staff take ages to try and sort out simple things, and even then it gets half done, so you have to chase them again.
Used them twice, unfortunately.
Previously used other agents, who TG need to learn from them.
I strongly recommend if they send their staff for an observation time to Seel & Co.
Shocking schoking appalling service overall.
