Do not waste your time booking anything at this place. I got a groupon deal and it took over a week to try and catch someone in to answer the phone as no one got back to my voicemail requesting an appointment.
My first appointment was cancelled as the beautician was ill. They did call me half an hour before my appointment but I was on my bike and didn't hear my phone.
When I turned up a week later for my rearranged appointment, they were not even open! I was running late and booked a cab there to arrive on time. What a waste of money. I waited 25 minutes and kept calling when I walked home, the place was definitely not open. I left a voicemail and no one got back to me.
Like I said, don't make the same mistake I made as they do not value customers. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars but this review requires you to put at least 1 star as a rating
