Purchased a pair of DM boots, but needed to return them to the store as the stiching came loose which resulted in a hole in the forefoot of the boot. Exchanged the product for a £200 pair of Ugg boots which were faulty and leaking water (not shower proof or waterproof). Returned the ugg boots to the store, but refund refused, although, goods were faulty, not fit for the purpose intended and was within the 28 day return policy. Have now a pair of ugg boots which can oly be worn on dry sunny days! Very disappointed in the quality of the products and with the customer service at this store.
