For the last academic year I have been living in a house of 7 girls on Wyeverne Road in Cathays. From moving in and finding a hole in my wall (leading to the street outside) to unannounced builders wandering through our house, to our unreliable and often abroad landlord; I can honestly say Wentworth have been utterly terrible, and I hope no other tenants have been treated as badly as we have been. I would firmly suggest students look elsewhere for a letting agent, unless they prefer unreliable, dishonest and quite frankly useless agents.
