Tried returning dress, but was told no refund, no credit note only exchange in the shop originally purchased from, leaving me with a dress to be returned 40 miles away. So disappointing, a pushy sales assistant in the beginning sold me this dress, such a shame as their range of clothes are very good, when I eventually or if I do manage to have a replacement won't be shopping there again. They need to get this side of their business sorted, looking at other reviews the dissatisfied ones are all relating to the refunding of goods.
