I visited the store today to try on underwear to go under my wedding dress. I had read the reviews online and they were positive and complimentary, ergo my visit. I wanted to ensure I had the right fit and went downstairs to do so. I explained to the girl who fitted me what I wanted and how I wanted it to fit. I was not particularly in my comfort zone standing in a cubicle in my bra and the assistant laughed inappropriately at nearly any comment i made with reference to my underwear at home pertaining to the size I wear and consequently offered me a size bigger, which was of course TOO big! I had to specifically ask for a size smaller. The silly giggling continued until I actually had to ask her why she was doing that and that she was making me uncomfortable. I am still unsure whether i am happy with my purchase and it was a decidedly unpleasant experience. The only saving grace of this store was upstairs at the pay desk where I mentioned my discomfort they listened professionally and took on board what I was saying. Being larger than the average size this would be an ideal store to visit but I wish my experience had been with a member of staff who knew how to relate to a customer.
