Absolutely poor service. We went over weekend, sales guy was sitting idly, we asked for help, he just didn't care or want to understand what was being asked. Ordered online as we thought we didn't have to deal with the sales person. Customer journey is dreadful online, was given a date for delivery, was then emailed to phone, when phoned no response for two days. Phoned back and sales guy made excuses instead of admitting that their online sales process is wrong. no stars if I could! Extremely poor due to lack of service both offline and online.
