I have bought numerous items and always found staff helpful and honest.
However today I returned one item(having bought four) and was offered a credit note. This I can accept but to be told it is only valid for four weeks I find unacceptable in today's market place. I appreciate the rapid turnover of clothes but to expect the consumer to be able to frequently visit the shop is unrealistic.
