totally unprofessional , inept and useless , vacated the flat after 9 months and not a word from can them forget the bond , they let the flat with un useable cooker full of rubbish threadbare carpets dirty walls and huge damp patches developing weekly . gave photos of property from about 5 years earlier do not reply to calls . say you will be at there offices and immediately go out , 5 weeks with no heating in winter or hot water . lights and sockets not working not even light bulbs in it . write them letters and they ignore you . sent a registered mail and they denied receiving it DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Nothing but trouble from this letting agency. If they're not paying their landlords then they are hiding from they! Totally unprofessional! Not been paid for over 2 months!
