AVOID ! They won't pay your deposit back (which in our case they didn't even put on the Protected Tenant's Scheme) ! When you ask for your money back, they either come up with excuses like "Can you give us more details about your bank ?" or "Ask my father, he's being a bit slow,..." or "I'll do it tomorrow personally" ... Or they will simply not even answer your mails and cut off all communication with you ! Keeping money (nearly £800 !) which does not belong to you is STEALING pure and simple !

Made me sign a contract without completing all of the agreed maintenance. I have two broken beds, no copy of the contract, and they don't pick up their phone or respond to emails. Total cowboys. Do not go with these agents!

Horrible experience, unprofessional and arrogant people, Very rude. They walk into your house whenever they like with no notice. Absolutely do not use.

Landlords Do NOT use this agency to let your properties!!
They will with hold your money that you make from your properties then when you chase them up about it are extremely rude to you!!
Very unprofessional agency, I wouldn't advise them to anyone!!
