Brought my children here for a birthday treat, pre booked the bowling as due to a Saturday guessed it would be busy, qued for ages even though there was a fast track lane it was not manned just one long line! After the bowling decided to eat at Harrys resturant, was fairly quiet and yet again waited to be served . When our food eventually arrived to say dissapointed was a understatement, I had the vegetarian glam burger for £4.95 without chips, oh dear a soggy veggie burger with 1 piecce of shredded lettuce and the top of a tomatoe on top, served in a box , appaling for neally £5 quid should be called the sham burger!! My sons pizza was equally overpriced same goes for the other food! When my son went to order a ice cream he stood at the counter for 10 mins with members off staff nowhere to be seen, he at this point got fed up and left, I tried to find a member of kitchen staff yo complain but yet again.....no one to be found ! Overall the bowling and arcade facilities were good , but let down by the dreadful harrys resturant, maybe this would explain the busy atmosphere of all the other resturants outside. A dissaponting end to otherwise a good day.
