I wanted to give this company no stars having never come across a more obfuscatory organisation in my life. Never, ever allow your children to rent from them. This agency has given my daughter sleepless nights and is damaging her mental health. AVOID IMPERIAL PROPERTY SERVICES AT ALL COSTS
