I bought a pair of Fly Sandals in the Sale on the 22/7/2015, I went back to the shop to return them but was informed by the owner/manager that they did not take back sale return items, no cash, no exchange, no credit note. He showed me the sign attached to the front of the counter that stated his terms on Returned items and went on to bombard me repeatedly with Trading Standards being on his side. At £50 in the Sale these were a lot of money to me and was desperate for a comfortable pair of Sandals due to my disability, I mentioned that I could not see his sign without my glasses and that no one had verbally told me that I could not get a refund when I purchased them. I was told to Sell them on Ebay. I would not recommend this shop to anyone when you are treated in this manner and I am sure that Trading Standards would be very interested in the way they Trade.
