appaling, utterly appaling. sat around for 45 minutes waiting for my 1 hour consultation with nobody around to either say sorry or even explain what was going on. i walked around the whole floor with nobody in sight and just had to walk out because i had other plans. this time waiting was as well as the extra half an hour i'd have to wait for the people before me to finish as well as the 1 hour consultation which would have meant i would have been there to nearly 8pm! there was nobody else there! just terrible customer service and the next phone call i received was asking me if i wanted to reschedule.
