I would not recommend this branch. STA is cheap and convenient or students however the staff at this branch are unorganized, unhelpful and rude. I have dealt with two different staff members for over a month trying to sort out a mistake they made with my return flight. I am traveling around the US and have been left in the dark with no return flight, they do not return my emails and I have spent over $50 calling the branch and still nothing is sorted out. I strongly recommend booking with another branch or online. Customer service team is very helpful - the staff in Cardiff are not.
