I have been attending classes here for over a year and love it. There is always plenty of parking, the facilities are good with lockers, changing area, toilets, selection of clothing and accs to purchase. There are a few different sized studios and they are all well maintained, clean with large mirrored walls.. great to check out your latest move! The teachers are lovely and regardless of your size/ability you will have a great time. The classes are great fun, challenging but always with plenty of support. The number of people in each class is capped so you will always get the most out of your time... no waiting around for poles. its such a great way to keep fit. I cannot stress how professional but friendly this studio is and would recommend it to everyone.
