I ordered a peppa pig on line on the 15/12/13 visited the shop to pick it up was told it will be there within 2 to 3 days the shop is in cardiff so left it until the friday was told it was due in the same day on the saturday called the shop I was given customer service number they told me that my order was cancelled I asked to speak to a manager was told she would call me back when I didn,t hear from her I called back i was told she was on lunch I have not heard nothing from the store they have taken my money not returned it and I have not received good DISGUSTING
