Interesting customer service - they're moderately helpful until they get their hands on your money (FYI: Thomas George's fees are extortionate), but when you need to talk to them about issues at the property they simply do not want to know. The property I'm renting from them is not what I signed up for - it's damp, cold and falling apart. I cannot wait to leave!
