We were initially very pleased with our new door and the installation by Adenhart Wales. Unfortunately, the lock failed shortly after fitting (the same day in fact), leaving us locked out of our home and having to call out an emergency locksmith at our own expense. Adenhart Wales subsequently acknowledged that the lock was faulty and eventually replaced it. However, despite repeated emails and phone calls over several months, we have still not been reimbursed for the Β£110 locksmith fee that we incurred as a direct result of the faulty lock. What has been most disappointing is the lack of aftercare and the time it has taken to deal with what should have been a straightforward issue. Sadly, because of this experience, we would not use this Adenhart Wales again or recommend them to others.
