I have shopped in Sainsbury's for years and have always been 100% satisfied with the products and staff. I would like to make a special mention to Lee-Ann, who generally works on the customer service/lottery desk. She is always cheerful, friendly and helpful and it is a real pleasure to speak to her when I am in the store. Sainsbury's is extremely lucky to have such a first class employee working for Sainsbury's and I would like management to give her the credit she so richly deserves.
