I wish to inform the local Royal Mail Management at Penarth and beyond, of a continued 'above and beyond' standard of service from our local Postman, David.
I reside in Byrd Crescent, Penarth, and David has been our local delivery postman for a reasonable period of time.
Whilst we seem to have had good service with good Postmen on this round, this by David and his predecessor, however, since David was appointed to the round he has been excellent, he is always extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional; he will always acknowledge even if I am in my car. In conclusion he is an excellent ambassador for the Royal Mail, whilst accepting that it is always easy to complain, I feel it is extremely important that good service and excellent staff should be highlighted and suitably acknowledged for their outstanding service and commitment to the public. I feel on this round we are incredibly fortunate to have a first rate Postman who actually does an excellent job, and wants to provide that excellent service by going the extra mile. We are fortunate as are you Royal Mail Penarth.
