Received the worst service ever from this company. They had my car for a whole week, charged me £600 I picked my car up and the problem was exactly the same, the vehicle went back in and then they told me it was going to cost £3,500 where they had the vehicle for a further two weeks but the initial £600 off The invoice that I have Already paid, So the new invoice will be £2,900, the itemised invoice did not show the discount. It just comes up as £2,900, I left a handbook in the boot of the vehicle with all my documentation for the car, the Invoice for the car when I first purchased it and All the services the vehicle has had not by Mercedes, I have sent numerous emails and phone calls, It took them five days to get back to me for them to Tell me they do not have it They will take another look if they find it they will get back to me, unbelievable service and extremely unprofessional not something you would expect from Mercedes
