Absolute disgust at the service received, lack of training of staff. Complete incompetence of sales manager and the way my purchase for my son’s garden was handled. I fully intend to take this to the CEO and I will report false advertising, breach of contract and the lies my son was told to secure a £2,999.00 purchase from me. 22/04/24. The money and time lost waiting and the poor service received. I suggest training for staff at the very least on customer care, satisfaction and courtesy
