I thought that I would eat healthy. But, I am really sorry to say that I had the worst salad ever this afternoon. I ended up leaving most of it. Goats cheese and beetroot was OK. But, the added rhubarb mush and what seemed like peanut toffee brittle instead of walnuts standing in liquid that had run off the lettuce was the problem. I then had coffee and cake which was very nice.
