Complete liars and will not take responsibility when they are at fault. Estate agent invaded our privacy and was disciplined for doing so but their managers. Couldn't be bothered to perform maintenance duties as instructed by our landlady and myself. Lied through their back teeth when shown evidence of negligence and falsified claims even though I have evidence to show otherwise. Told me point blank to persue my landlady instead as a ploy to disorientated me from the actual truth. THE WORST ESTATE AGENT IN CARDIFF.
