I had problems with the software on my Apple Mac computer from early January 2021. Although family and friends tried advising me on how to correct the problem, my expertise could not solve it, only making the problem worse.
By luck l notice Penguin Internet premise when leaving my dentist and although l had no idea of their service rating, l decided l would give them , a local business a chance to help me
I collected my computer from home after making enquires if they could solve software problems , left it with the staff.
The following day l was contacted work had commenced and l had a long phone conversation with a chap called Nick who was working on my problem
I was later told by the same technician, Nick that l will need to call the next day to collect the Apple Mac and certain security measure were required before setting could be altered.
I can honestly say the experience l had with Nick patiently dealing with my requests to simply understand the software problems , was first class.
I would rate their services as 5 Star and would in future take my computer problems to them
I was please with the reasonable price that l was paying.
