After years of not using this shop after some bad customer service, I decided to try them again, i ordered a lens online for delivery to my home, the parcel did not show up despite having paid for signed delivery, apparrantly DHL signed it themselves. The owner of the shop was frankly rude when i phoned up to report issue, basically saying it was my problem that the item was missing, and has refused to refund me, it is now in dispute with credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP
