Friendly staff but that's the only positive thing about them. They prey on students who don't know their rights and regularly break letting laws. They will access your flat without prior consent (or knocking), will arrange viewings and visits with as little as one hour's notice, and expect tenants to allow viewings a year in advance to the move out date. (Illegal, illegal, insanely problematic and bordering on illegal.) Expect them to fob off their responsibilities at every chance they get, to lie to get you to sign the contract, and then squeeze every single penny they can out of you. Every issue you raise will be one they tell you to pay for and they're the only agency I've encountered in Cardiff (so far) who will charge YOU a fee if THEY make a mistake processing your rent.
