You can't get better customer service than this. I had tried - twice- in other places to get spare keys for an old lock and each time they didn't fit. At Cobblers, I was assured that, if their keys didn't work, someone would visit my home that day and make sure they did. The staff seem to take a genuine interest in their work and were so courteous and cheerful, added to which they also have a display of beautiful shoes and other high quality leather goods and, for these alone, Cobblers is well worth a visit. If only every company treated their customers as well...
